4. Registration and Account

If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are communicated during the consultation process and confirmed in writing before service commencement. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect services already purchased.

7. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the session fee.

7.2 Program Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an entire program or course package, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms and conditions.

8. Cancellation by Elite Speak Craft

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

• Instructor illness or emergency
• Technical difficulties (for online sessions)
• Force majeure events
• Client misconduct or violation of these Terms

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the affected session.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Complete any assigned exercises or homework
• Provide necessary materials or information as requested
• Treat instructors and staff with respect and professionalism
• Ensure a suitable environment for online sessions (adequate internet connection, quiet space, necessary technology)
• Not record sessions without prior written consent
• Not share or distribute course materials without authorization

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Elite Speak Craft or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
